We hereby inform you that OMAL S.p.A. (hereinafter also "OMAL") as Data Controller, shall process - for the purposes and in the ways set out below - the personal data you provide in the form on the contact page of the website and, in particular:

1. Legal basis and purpose of the processing.
The aforementioned processing is based on your consent, and with the purpose of responding to your request.
2. Processing methods:
Your personal data is processed, also with the aid of electronic means, through the operations indicated in Article 4 (2) of the GDPR and more precisely the processing of personal data may consist of: the collection, registration, organization, consultation, processing, alteration, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, restriction, communication, erasure and destruction of data.
3. Mandatory nature of the provision
The provision of data is mandatory to achieve the purposes listed above.
Any refusal to provide the personal data indicated above will make it impossible for OMAL to provide you with the requested response.
4. Disclosure of personal data
Your data will be disclosed to specifically authorized OMAL personnel; they may also be disclosed to the IT company responsible for website programming, management and support of the site, as the specifically appointed Data Processor.
5. Transferring data abroad.
5.1. Personal data is stored on servers located in Italy. In any case, it is understood that the Data Controller, where necessary, shall have the right to move the servers even outside the EU. In this case, the Data Controller shall ensure that the transfer of data outside the EU shall be performed in accordance with the applicable legal provisions and in particular those referred to in Article 5 of the GDPR.
5.2. Apart from the cases referred to in point 5.1., your personal data shall not be transferred outside the EU
6. Period of data retention
Your data shall be retained for the period of time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were acquired and in any case no more than 1 year. We periodically check for data that are obsolete in relation to the purposes for which they were collected and processed.

At any time, you may obtain information on the data concerning you, how they were acquired, check that they are exact, complete, updated and stored securely, request their correction or erasure pursuant to Articles 16 and 17 of the GDPR. Pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR, you shall have the right to object in whole or in part to the processing of your personal data on grounds relating to your particular situation; where the data are processed for direct marketing purposes, you shall have the right to object to the relative processing for this purpose at any time. These rights can be exercised through a specific request to be sent by registered mail - or certified email - to the Data Controller.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
